Imagine if you will a simple salad.
Depending on what greens you use, a whole mashed avocado, and freshly-made salsa, you could have a meal VERY high in potassium.
Plop some non-sugared yogurt on there (instead of sour cream) and you'll have a meal that's HIGHLY satisfying and extremely high in potassium, as well!
Also, certain freshly-dried herbs are very high in potassium; so, a home-made salad drssing could be made to be VERY high in potassium, also.
Apple cider vinegar has 10mg of potassium in one tablespoon.
If we all just made our own salads and dressings, we'd all be SO much better off...even with all the toxins surrounding us.
