Re: All neurotransmitters low except epinephrine?

I had a similar experience with Rhodiola. Feel great for a week or so, then crash hard. It is essentially a stimulant.

There are lots of studies showing it "helps resistance to stress". But it seems to do so by stimulating.

The people that put this in products don't really understand adrenal fatigue.

I tried the "balance neurotransmitter" method back in about 2007. I didn't get anywhere, and I have not seen anyone else succeed with this method. It is essentially treating a symptom anyway.

We are all a little different. But work we can all benefit from meditation, mindfulness, slow breathing exercises.

Good luck. Spend some time searching around the forum.
