All neurotransmitters low except epinephrine?

Got back my saliva/urine test results from Labrix and am looking for some interpretation assistance as well as a couple of questions answered.

Serotonin, GABA, dopamine, and glutamate were all low. Norepinephrine was low/normal and epinephrine was off the charts high.

DHEA, cortisol and hormones were all within range, but sub-optimal. Exception was high estrone.

Main question is, how do I balance my neurotransmitters without offsetting one or the other? I am in a chronically stressful relationship that I am working through (with therapy). I did not encounter any of this prior to being in the marriage.

Rhodiola, B vitamins, vitamin C and magnesium, for example, all seem to overstimulate me. Magnesium and other things make me hypoglycemic. Sluggish liver and poor clearance perhaps?

My experiences with Rhodiola usually make me feel great and then bad (crash?), and sometimes make me feel bipolar like. Doubt I am bipolar though as I have maintained a sales manager job with no sort of odd behavior/outbursts whatsoever, but it is still a wired/unpleasant feeling at times. Perhaps the rhodiola is too much when my epinephrine is off the charts? But I also thought rhodiola helps your body balance your NT in general?

My main goals now are to destress, restore adrenal health, and do this especially via the GAPS diet. I have had some definite gut issues.

I'm sure I have more to ask/offer in terms of details, but I'll keep it simple for now and add more later, if needed.

Appreciate the insight!
