I think a plant based organic diet is very good but others on this forum would disagree. Seems like someone like you will need at least some amount of meat in the diet though, at least fish if not other types of meat.

Himalayan salt is very good, I also use Real Salt and this one seems to work very good for me too. If your body is losing salt all the time, you need to replenish your stores with a good quality salt, you can even add some salt to your water. You may want to decrease somewhat the amount of foods high in potassium, although you do need some of these too as they help with hydration but the more potassium in your diet can further deplete sodium levels.

I'm not a fan of taking HCL, would be much better to stimulate your body's own digestion by increasing the amount of sour foods in your diet like pineapple and mango, papaya is also good to help digestion. Warming spices like fresh ginger, black pepper and garlic can help stimulate the digestive juices but you don't want to overdo it as these very 'hot' spices can also dehydrate the body if you overdo it. Some people don't realize that oils are very lubricating and moisturizing for the body. Use plenty of oils in your diet, flax seed oil is good, of course Salmon is a great source of omega 3s, olive oil would also be beneficial for you and sesame oil is warming and very lubricating for the body.

I think you would do well on herbs like ashwagandha and brahmi, they are extremely good at rejuvinating the body, increasing energy and decreasing stress.

Some of my suggestions may seem a bit strange, they are all based on my study of Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine).
