check out dr natasha cambell mcbrides free faq on her "GAPS" website. what you do is you sellect "all" on the text and control "find" for "die off". there are alot of tips in there that i stole for dealing with die off issues. I definitely did not want to do the enemas lol. but they help with dies off and remove dead parasites and eggs.
