woke up and couldnt move or talk.

i took a nap and i suddenly tried to get up later on and i couldnt move or yell. i tried to call my brother in the other room but i couldnt talk.

i think this is parasite related because i been having some liver issues causing spleen enlargment and esophagus varices which is a cause from liver portal pressure. ideas appreciated....
