Is it okay to be taking these all at once?

It sounds very confusing to me. How do you know what works or not. All these things take time, could be a year.
Yes you can do the flush but
if you have only time for one
Andreas Moritz suggests it is better than to wait till you have more time, so you can do more like 7 or 8.
