Why didn't you show what the consumption trend of dietary fat has been so you don't look biased?

I agree that foods should be eating in their whole form versus refined, but in your recent crusade against low-fat diets, suggesting that high-carbs will lead to obesity, here's what you said about those diet promoters and how they look:

"Quite frankly, most of the [low-fat] vegan gurus that are selling their books, look emaciated."


I thought you've been saying high-carb/low-fat diets will make you fat?

Why is it that the lower-carb/high-meat eating gurus that are selling their books are the ones that look fat?
