Re: Adrenal fatigue cured, some fatigue remains
I think of everything in terms of Ayurveda, so it is difficult for me to explain what I mean by the state of the body. Of course stress is the antithesis of health so you do need to remove stress but there are many other factors. The best sources on Ayurveda come from the author Vasant Lad. There is a lot of incorrect information on the internet but all of the basic information is fairly easy to find, but from there it is a bit more difficult to understand how to apply it to yourself.
As far as how you can tell if you are dehydrated, I think that will vary from person to person. For me personally, I had cracking on the center of my tongue, veins were extremely constricted, since I am skinny, I can always see my veins and when I was very dehydrated they were all extremely thin, you can tell proper blood-flow is not there, this resulted in poor circulation, cold hands and feet (although there are other reasons this can occur), also oddly always had a salty taste in my mouth although I was deficient in sodium. I believe that when you pinch the skin and hold it, then let it go, it should rebound quickly, if it takes a while that is a sign of dehydration (I think that is the opposite of what the other person said), at any rate I never had this, my skin always remained elastic.
