two worms came out of nose! help!

Hi everyone,

I am new to this parasite world and have been doing a ton of research. I have had sinus issues for a while. Yesterday morning a worm/ parasite came out of my nose. I was severely alarmed and put it in a container and took a photo of it. I showed the photo to my partner's brother, who is an up and coming doctor, and he immediately dismissed it as a bloody booger. I also went to a walk-in clinic and brought the specimen and the doctor also dismissed it and threw it away. I came home tonight and blew my nose and another one came out. See my photo below. I am very distressed and don't know what to do. Should I go to a naturopath or the ER? I feel like no one is hearing me.
