I was taking Fomatidine. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with it though. My symptoms are still persistent so I don't think the Vitamin E cured it. It did seem to help at times though.

I have a suspicion that it might be the lectins in the foods that I'm eating that's causing the problem. Think I could try avoiding unfermented dairy, eggs, and peanuts which have lectins and try soaking/fermenting all grains and legumes to reduce the lectins and see if that helps. We'll see. Also found a tip to take L-Glutamine to heal the intestinal lining so I may try that as well.
