Re: CDSA test for Candida or Faecal Mutliplex PCR

Thanks very much for your response FootDoctor, I have read up on what you've said using this site and it does seem that CDSA testing can be dodgy when testing for a fungal candida.
In your opinion, what would be the best way to verify that one has a fungal candida problem.
I have experienced what seem to be all the listed symptoms directly after my course of accutane and am near confident this could be the reason. Unfortunately for me I had a less than average doctor who was more than willing to prescribe the drug and not knowing at the time (18 years old) I continued my poor diet of alcohol, mainly beer and a serious addiction to anything sugary.

Would it be a matter of going on nystatin for say 2 weeks and wait for die off symptoms perhaps?
