There is no guarantee you got rid of them just because you feel you have, but even so you are feeling better so that's what counts. This diet will be extremely difficult to maintain in the ling run.
Also, you didn't eliminate carbs, even garlic has carbohydrate. Maybe you meant you eliminated refined carbs.
Here is a trick to get the garlic down. If you don't crush the garlic and just swallow it whole you aren't doing much:
Take the peeled clove, have a tall glass of liquid handy as a chaser. roughly chew it on the sides of your mouth, sort of like how a dog chews, being careful not to mix too much saliva with it and also not to have it touch your tongue. All you need is a rough chewing, it doesn't need to be completely chewed like normal food. Then drink the whole liquid chaser - really fast. The whole thing should last maybe 5 seconds tops.
The big suc***s do have a way to evade even DE by creating gas pockets in the colon.
It's not healthy to think of carbs as cheats because this is the fuel human beings were designed to run on.
Everyone has worms, meat eaters and vegans alike. Some vegans are more infested than meat eaters due to incorrect eating habits (processed foods), and we all have to deal with our previous unhealthy eating habits before we got into our respective health regimens.
