Re: Non-magnesium liver-flush

I am new here, but have done 3 liver flushes. Two last summer, and the last one 2 days ago. I don't recommend waiting that long in between flushes as my health declined badly this last year despite keeping up good high raw, fruit/veg low fat diet that I love and restored my health from Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome 4.5 years ago. What I wanted to share was that I did a colonic the day of my most recent flush and then the day after which was last night. I am so incapacitated after a colonic, it makes me dread them! I lay in bed, paralized, literally, and can't even remember my name half the time my brain is not coherent. Is this a herx from the colonic? Any advice to make the die off easier on my system?
