Since you're good at making charts, make a chart of country obesity rates compared with country fat consumption rates. According to what you are posting, the low-fat eating countries should have higher rates of obesity from all those "evil carbs", thus contributing to higher rates of heart disease and diabetes.
And while you're add it, make a chart of Breast Cancer Incidence rates with fat consumption rates. Let's see which style of eating causes more breast cancer.
