i started CS in earnest and noticed my urine got really cloudy, almost white. so i caught it all in a jar. each time the white would precipitate out and be like half the volume of liquid int he bottom was like cottage cheese. yuck, that was in me?! over the next month and a half or so the amount of white stuff would be less and less at the bottom. when it was finally clear i was free of candida.
