yea i my self don't supplement Calcium although i used to.

i found that once i added 10,000 iu of vitamin A to my regimen i no longer needed calcium.

vitamin A and D work synergistic and one doesn't work very well with out the other.

vitamin D is responsible for calcium uptake but it only really works if u have enough vitamin A.

then u need the K2 to direct the calcium where to go and to keep it from being deposited in unwanted places including the heart.
