Most doctors scoff at the idea of systemic candida, much less candida in the lungs.

I've taken 125 mg of Iodoral and 120 mg of KI today. No bad detox but lungs are not happy. If I could literally reach down into my lungs and scratch, I would! Maybe the fungus is not happy? In your opinion, would SSKI be more effective vs. KI tablets?

Grizz, did you still take your asthma meds while supplementing? I'm still on the Advair b/c I'm not supposed to quit cold turkey.
