Testing is one of those areas of uncertainty. With iron, you need to know your iron, ferritin, UIBC, TIBC, Transferrin, Hemoglobin, hematacrit, ceruloplasmin, and probably zinc protoporphyrin levels. After you gather all of that information, you make a guess. It's a guess because we still don't know how everything is regulated and everything that influences regulation.
If nizoral was creating problems for the liver, you should be able to see it in a blood test. If it was, discontinuing it will allow everything to self-correct. I'm not for the use of medications as the average number of side effects per medication is around 398. They create problems for the body whether or not those problems create symptoms. The high iron levels could be from liver toxicity, but stopping nizoral should correct that in about a month. The mirtzapine can also cause liver problems.
From your symptoms, it looks like you have fungal candida and issues related to candida's presence in the body - blood Sugar imbalances, depression, digestive imbalances, etc. It also looks like you have other post- Antibiotic issues like inflammation of the brain, insomnia, etc.
From your symptoms, I would also guess that there are some unresolved stress issues/trauma that affect the vagus nerve.
Lymphatic congestion is another possible problem that plays into a lout of your problems.
If iron levels are high, donating blood helps to bring those levels down.
Most autoimmune comes from the digestive tract.
