I've been reading ALOT, but still not sure how to compare Iodine and iodine. I would be very interested in hearing what a detox on nascent Iodine would look like. thinking about dosage and supplements.
Shouldn't the x2 survival shield be the same as doubling the dosage on the original SS? more or less
