Comparison between different forms of Iodine

Hi,

I'm wondering if the dosage in micrograms or milligrams is the same when comparing different forms and brands of Iodine.

For example when comparing Lugols and Survival Shield Nascent Iodine, would 1mg of Lugols be exactly the same dose as 1mg of Nascent Iodine?
