Sorry to hear about terrible health problems. it will get better with your perseverance. I think you should be ok with coffee enemas while on Humaworm. Also ok if you did not refrigerate your pills. Brewed tea must be kept in the refrigerator.

My suggestion for you to be in better health is to go a raw diet. Don't eat any processed foods, no alcohol, and no juices from supermarket. I am glad that you do Epsom salt baths, that gives you Magnesium, but I would also take some orally. You can take Magnesium Taurate, 200mg 2 caps with meals. The other thing to do after you finish Humaworm course of one month then do a water fast. Your body needs a break. You can only drink water and plenty of rest.

Rashes and all mucus coming out of your body is detox, not to worry about.

You should also do light exercise like walking 30 minutes everyday, it pumps your blood in all parts of your body and takes the junk where it needs to come out.

You will succeed because our bodies are very flexible and fixes itself, given the time and proper nutrition.
