Hi mate, spoke about this recently with someone. I know of about 20 Australian's with this issue in a population of 20 odd million. If you take into consideration the people who don't post, are too shy, don't have internet. I'd only expect maybe 200 to suffer from this in my country. We came to an estimate of maybe 10,000 world wide sufferers at any given time. Very hard to know and number could be well past that.
