In instances where I have seen "True Colloidal Silver ", such as Purest Colloids Mesosilver or Utopia-Silver 's Advanced Colloidal Silver , the term refers to silver solutions that are 85% plus colloidal content (as opposed to ionic silver solutions which are more like 85% or less ionic content). Those two are made totally unlike just about all other silver solutions out there which use electrolysis. Rather than using electrolysis they use very high voltage plasma beams to literally atomize the silver - and they also get much smaller particle sizes than just about every other manufacturer.
