Thanks David for all the vitamin C info, I am a vitamin c advocate as it has done wonders in the past and done many a cleanse and as part of my detox in above stated reply I am using lypo c as part of my protocol. Please let me know if you have any information on b6 toxicity and how to speed up progress. Thanks Blade.
