Thanks for all the info and your time really appreciated I am doing my research on all of the above, I am also an advocate of magnesium. After my last blood test it appears that my biggest problem is b6 toxicity 70ug/l, now I have to work out how to detox? I have all the listed toxicity symptoms, I guess i'll have a hunt around here.
