Re: Stinky Milk

This is some great information about the importance of breast feeding.

However, I am also struck by how our bodies are so resilient and able to recover despite bad starts or problems - take how many people grow neurons and recover movement by bypassing standard neural pathways when rehab professionals say they'll never move again.

The key is to be diligent about shifting your diet for a period to recover balance. Over time after restoring some equilibrium, you might be able to be more adventurous in your eating.

Probiotics seem to me to be one of the more powerful ways to retrain your body and digestive system to function properly. It seems to help with lactose intolerance and other allergic reactions. They may be able to coach your digestive system back to a healthy state.
