Do you also take more folic acid and/or methyl folate?

My understanding is that "methyl folate" (5methyltetrahydrofolate)donates its methyl group to cobolamin/B12.

You can see the folate cycle, including its intersection with the methylation cycle.

Do you also have high homocysteine?

Some people can become quite agitated when taking B12, especially the methyl form. Just 1mg of a sublingual is uncomfortable for me.
