Could this be AF?

Hey everyone. I really hope you can help me out. Sorry for the length of this post, I am trying to be as detailed as possible so you know where I am coming from.

I'm new to this forum and would like to know what you guys think about my symptoms or if anyone relates to me in any way, because I have been experiencing these annoying symptoms that make me feel like I'm going cray cray.

For the past two years I have been on and off with depression, and my anxiety has slowly crept up on me to an unbearable point and somewhere in that time frame I believe I went through some degree of depersonalization also. All of these made me want to take Humaworm thinking all of this was caused by parasites. So I went on the cleanse, only to have on day 26 me being admitted into the ER for dehydration/ low potassium from drinking a lot of water in one sitting. This episode now to me makes me think I had an adrenal crisis on top of the fact I flushed my potassium, as I was in a small coma for 2 days after that crash. I was puking unconscious for 7 hours straight and so they had me hooked up to IV for 3 days. Following that crash, I have been battling these strange, new symptoms:

DAY TIME SYMPTOMS:
*Indegestion/malabsorption/constipation (my stool mostly pale and yellow/floating/loose)
*Intense anxiety (I take Ashwagandha for this and it helps alot, also I have managed to deal with the unbearable anxiety/panic attacks so I don't have it as bad as 1 month ago, however I do relapse once every two weeks into panic attack still)
*Evening/afternoon fatigue crashes
*Intense fatigue all day, despite that I get 10 hours of sleep most days
*Cold hands and feet 24/7
*I cannot stand cold weather. AT ALL. I get cold really fast. When I take showers, I come out looking like a lobster because I love hot temperatures.
*A fluttery/gurgle feeling in my heart area, almost like there are bubbles rushing through my heart for 2 seconds maybe 2 times a day
*Lots of eye floaters
*Mental fog/depersonalization/feeling like I am not present

NIGHT TIME SYMPTOMS:
*Broken sleep some days/ "half way sleeping"
*Wired/tired/insomnia some days
*Dead tired by 7, and if I am not in bed by 10 sleeping, I wake up during the night with really bad heart palpitations, really bad anxiety/panic, sweating, leg tremors, and a really hot core body temp. During these times, my mind races with random images and vivid pictures without me even having to think about them and it makes it even harder for me to fall back to sleep.
*Numb body parts such as tongue, the soft area underneath my chin, hands, feet, etc.
*These night time symptoms NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE 7PM!! They always always happen between 7pm-4am, which is VERY strange to me.

What makes it seem even more to me like adrenal fatigue is the fact that these symptoms almost always only come on when I have eaten a lot of sugar the day before. Dessert, fruit, lots of juice, etc. Yesterday was my first time eating a chocolate chip muffin, and two danishes in about 2 weeks, and now I notice the pattern. Last night again I woke up with the night time symptoms I mentioned above.

After having that 2 day coma, I couldn't eat anything solid, I had NO appetite, yet I was losing lots of weight from not being hungry. So I forced myself to drink fruit smoothies for 2 weeks after that, and every night I had those night time symptoms, which I think is from all the sugar. I went about 3 weeks without having those night time symptoms because I started eating more vegetables/meat (I was living off of homemade chicken pitas 3 times a day to gain weight)and my stool changed back to normal. No loose stools and hardly any anxiety for those 3 weeks. THEN I got sick of pitas, started eating fruit again (about 15 bananas a day) and sure enough the night time symptoms came back with the day time symptoms. One night I remember having the night time symptoms after I drank coffee for the first time during the day (really bad idea).

Around this time I started drinking LOTS more water with pink sea salt, because Lord knows how terrified I am to drink water without salt after that coma now, and I cut out the fruit and started eating pitas again. Night time symptoms disappeared. Then yesterday I had those desserts and some extremely sweet watermelon, had an afternoon fatigue crash, woke up with night time symptoms, and now I am back at square one. Hurray for me.

Coincidentally all of these night time crashes/burnouts happen during the week of or the week before my "time of the month", and even when I had that coma crash it was right before my period should have came. I have been to the doctor for all of these symptoms, she just prescribed me Lactulose for the constipation and called it a day. Then I went back and she prescribed me Cipralex and called it a day. I don't take medicine, because I don't like the idea. Then I went back to see if maybe my thyroid is screwed up, got my TSH, free T3 and free T4, and apparently everything is all fine and dandy. She checked my B levels, my ferrotin or whatever you call it... Blood work, blood work, blood work, and after all of this I have been prescribed a clean bill of health.

So I am hoping someone on here can help me out, because clearly my doctor doesn't know how to help me out. It's very frustrating because I am not healthy!! I know I am not healthy, I just want to be me again :( I only just turned 20 in March, so I have a long way to go in my life before I am gone, and I don't think I can handle this for more than 5 more years.. Ugh.
Anyone have any ideas or tips? Thank you kindly.
