Age-Related Question
Okay, guys, I'm hoping someone out there reading this can help me...
If you've been browsing the forum you know that I have already done the
Master-Cleanse twice with great success. I am currently 40 years old and have always been in pretty good health.
Throughout this process I've had mixed reactions from my friends. One of them is in her mid to late 50's and she has struggled with fibromyalgia for a few years now. She also is overweight (probably borderline obese) and is addicted to caffeine. She recently has been eating an Atkins-like diet.
She works part-time as a school counselor and deals with stress on a daily basis. She has expressed an interest in doing the MC, but has never attempted a fast of any kind her whole life. She's scared. She is mainly concerned that maybe she's too old to attempt it.
I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of testimonials of "older" people (no, I don't think mid-50's is old!! lol) trying the
Master-Cleanse (or other fasting methods) for the first time with success?? I want to be able to reassure her that this will not hurt her in any way (and I already believe this), but since she is older than I am, and has health issues... Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this matter. God bless and fast ON!
