Sorry the Fenben isn't working out for you. A case of not everything works for everybody... But I'm worried about blood on your pillow? What happened? Is that part of the cough you've had or could the fenben be shaking something loose?

The last time I coughed blood was several years ago and using Tumeric(1 1/2 T.) mixed with yogurt, caused an ~exodus~ of parasites from my chest and sinus. 3 times a day, and with you making your own yogurt would be even better. By the way, do you have any fermenting recipes you can share? Have you ever made Kefir? Tweet
