You use a dehumidifier it is most helpful in eliminating molds and mildew esp in humid areas.grayish to brownish formation on walls ceiling even in clothes are molds, the smell stinks so can easily be detected. I use dehumidifier esp in basement area of our house. it maintains humidity level in the house.
