Thank you, I am open to all suggestions. My doctor had mentioned that to me but it was a couple years ago he said you can't be in the house cause its harmful and that scared me so I never looked further into it. I will research it this time see what my options are.

I don't really understand mold. I like that you point out mycotoxins are different from spores. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
