I'm not 100%, but I did have a vaginal infection diagnosed as candida. When I took enzymes that are purported to kill candida, I had some undeniable results. I would say that the most powerful killer was undecylenic acid, sold by Thorne. Enzymes: Candidase and Virostop (trade names), Candida Factors Enzyme Formula (at first, I did't notice much with that, but I did after a bigger die-off from the undeylenic acid (Formula SF722 by Thorne). Also Lactoferrin w/ xylitol, Serrapeptase, and Nattokinase. I've had a similar affect at times from taking powerful probiotics, such as those made by Udo.
