sirpies i was the same as you till i started to do real research... if you google deeper into strict diets there are plety of forums were people have cured auto-immune diseases through diet especially inflammatory ones like eczema and psriosis i could link you through to dozens of cure claims on the web and also youtube... if you google paleo mom she's a doc/scientist and goes into full depth on how the gut can process and cause inflammatory diseases and also how eatign the right diet can reverse auto immune diseses. anything from chrons to rosacea etc etc the good thing about us is lee's and maybe one or two others have cured it through diet which in my theory means it could be due to healing the gut/digestive system by stopping the inflammatory process through a healthy gut with no toxins entering the blood stream or its a food intolerence situation and once stopping the gluten and Sugar and crap the body goes back to normal status.. i was very against the whole natural health diet becasue i did it for a few weeks like most and after about 6 or 7 weeks it got to hard and i gave up and said nah that diet thing is bullshit when infact now i know most people take 4-6 months to clear from chronic disease... my point being just dig abit deeper check out youtube... etc etc the key to natural healing is TIME theres no such thing as a quick bandade cure at the current moment.... the diet worked for lees so it can work for others i hope im one of those!!!
