Don't mean to rain on your parade, but I am also a type 1 diabetic for 35 years and take 50MG of Lugol's per day. It hasn't made my diabetes disappear. I will say that when I started a vitamin regimen it cut my insulin requirements in half, but I do not believe that anything will cure the diabetes.
