Please help, sick dog

I have a 9 yr. old intact female dog (Black Lab mix) who has the following symptoms:

-Chronic ear infections
-Blood in urine
-Benign mammary tumors
-1 larger mammary tumor that grew until I switched to
a grain free food. Has since stopped growing and
seems to be getting softer and oozing small
amounts of brownish tinted clear liquid from the
nipple
-Great energy levels, very alert, eating and drinking
normally

I have previously "treated" her with the following:

-10 days of Colloidal Silver dosing 2x a day
-2 weeks or so of 2 teaspoons ACV per day
-Grain free Avoderm dog food
-3 weeks or so of PetAlive C-caps

I am wondering about giving her Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (Miracle Mineral Solution). I have read mixed reviews online, some saying it is a fraud, others saying it is truly a cure-all. I'm looking for any testimonials (good or bad) or information to help me decide whether this would be good for her or not. I also want to note that I really cannot afford a vet right now, and want to go the alternative/natural route as much as I can. If these are my dog's final months/years, I want her to enjoy them at home rather than having to undergo surgeries/treatments. Tweet
