No. no clips just fingers. I stretched mine by using fingers at the tipsof my labia. Di it before a mirror so that you can see your labia being stretched out of your slit. Let them go. They'll spring back with a 'plop. Repeat ten times. Do it night and morning and whenever you have a pee after you've blotted.

You'l notice that the scent in your panties increases as your labia get longer. this is because there is a grater surface area on your labia. Wear soft, cotton moisture absorbing panties. Not silky ones- they'll get slimy.
