Re: What blood work do I ask for?

i think youre right. its too easy to supply everything the body needs. THEN if there is a mystery perhaps some technical help like that is in order.someone starting out is a long way from that.

Raider,

if someone is really wanting a good start and lay a solid foundation for excellent personal health then cleansing and fasting is where to start. making sure one is oxygenated and hydrated should be done along with that.

here is a good place to start. use half again as much salt as the recipe calls for.

http://www.lifeevents.org/salt-water-cleanse.htm

do this at least three days, hopefully in a row. then, starting right after your last flush, start a fast for another three days with water only. thats an easy fast to do and break because its not too long. it is long enough to start to get the coated tongue and to see that you still have nearly normal size bowel movements even though youre empty and havent eaten a thing. thats the waste from all your flora and fauna along with crap being squeezed from your flesh. daily bowel movements are desired and if you go three days without pooping you break the fast then even if you planned a longer fast.

without this experience, truly, one is not serious about their health. everything in nature fasts. even the bible says "when" you fast, not IF. and like the bible says, do your normal stuff. not a word about your fast. the more you can hide it the better. after its over, fine to talk about, but during? not so much(unless you need help with it).

this stuff works. you just have to wrap your head around it and be desperate enough to be motivated enough to actually do it. to my neverending amazement, no one has ever been helped by what i have said BEFORE they actually did it.
