Re: Experience - stopped iodine for 3 weeks
"Seems like I eat junk when I'm stressed or feeling down."
yes, thought so.
Usually I give in to cravings; as they tell me something. But if I craved junk for a longer period.. I had to face something.
Giving up?
I dont care?
Feeling sorry for myself.
Who cares anyway?:)
That sort of things.
Also low blood
Sugar may bring forth junk food cravings.
Search aldosterone, adrenals! like;

So, how to get out of it; the problem is the
additives and the bad oils, you know that, plus the fast carbs; addictive.
What helped me was taking coconut oil, as it reduce the craving for
Sugar and fast carbs. 3 times daily.
Black pepper, chromium; helps too.
turmeric as well, spices; reduce the craving for sweet stuff, fast carbs. One never crave sweets after a spicy indian meal.
Then sometimes, we have to break a pattern. a little dicipline needed; like when one drink too much, smoke or whatever; then the "give in to cravings" doesnt work at all.
