Congrats on keeping it off. That's pretty cool.

If you do the shakes and the parasite cleanse with the Master-Cleanse it is called the Ultimate Fast. I found out about it by reading the FAQ&A at the top of the page, which I would highly recommend checking out. There's tons of great info in there.

However, the link for the Ultimate Fast/Cleanse (I've seen it referred to both ways) needs to be updated. Here is the correct one for now.
