Feeling helpless due to Bartholin Cyst

Today is day 14 of me having a large bartholin cyst.

Background:
I noticed left labial swelling after sex on a Friday night. Saturday night, it was like a balloon, about egg size. My first thought was "aaaah! sh*t! Cancer!" But upon research, I figured it was a bartholin cyst. It is and always has been painless, very soft and very squishy.

Things I have tried:
Epsom Salt soaks/hot compress
Sitz baths
Tea Tree oil
Chammomile tea (today)
Hot water bottle compress
Vitamin E, coconut oil etc

I just don't know what to do. My sex life is totally halted. I've tried breaking it up with intense vibration, which has done nothing but make it larger due to increased fluid creation, which shrinks back down after a day or two. Right now I'm stuck around a golf ball size. I am very depressed about it. I absolutely cannot afford a doctor and have no insurance. I am a nurse, so I know it is not infected.

A few nights ago, I even tried to lance it with a 22 gauge IM sterile needle. No success. Just bled, and a tiny bit of "lubrication fluid" on aspiration, but not much. The plunger on the syringe would not pull back, as if there was nothing to draw out. Thankfully, it has not gotten infected.

As such I am guessing it is very deep. I can press all around it with my finger even into my pelvic cavity.


I'm going to try PRID drawing salve over the weekend. I have no money to get anything else until next week. It's so frustrating for there to be no change. I don't want to be the chick who has one for months or even years. I want this thing gone! What can I do?
