Re: Iodine Dosage Decision

i am DESPERATE for dosage info on iodine! i got my Lugols 5%iodine10%potassium Iodide mix a week ago and have spent at least 3days MANY hrs researching the dosage&i STILL dont know how much to take! out of frustration fear&desperation (oh and dentist apt n 5days pulling 2molers w/mercury probably on my thyroid meridian} i took 3drops 2p.m.s ago none yesterday{due to fear of learning that 1shuld build up 2 large dosage, then 3 drops straight on tongue this morning.again desperate to get started on Iodine but NOWHERE NEAR KNOWING A SPECIFIC DOSE! so im praying im not sick w/detox eastersunday but also that im not WASTING this precious resource. i would be 4ever grateful if i 2 could get this info u offerde the other reader.i dont want 2 bore u w/ my health details if it doesnt make a difference as 2 your decision WHAT info 2 send, but im not shy&will share if youd like me 2. i hope u understand & r not offended i jumped in on your conversation. thanx 4 takin x to read this&i pray to send me info also. desperate Tweet
