I really appreciate your input. I'm actually really struggling right now trying to figure it all out. I know via saliva testing my estrodial, estrodal, estrodone are all high, my progesterone and testosterone low and was told my adrenals are shot. The Thyroid low.

Long story short... I haven't had a period for at least 2 yrs. My body was doing okay. I guess in survival mode until some major stress last fall and my adrenals and thyroid pretty much said whoa
can't prop you up anymore.
It seems to be causing depression, a very disconnected feeling, no energy and just a lack of zest for life..
I'm taking a lot of different supplements but still missing something and I'm hoping it's iodine.
This is confusing.
I have some clay I'd like to take for pulling out toxins but was told not to take by your supplements so I haven't used it and I really want too.
I prefer not to taking anything that would be effected by Vit C..
