Haha wow, White Shark that was an epic post. I think you've convinced me it's nearing time to end my little experiment with Obamacare and free dermatology recommendations of endlessing applying prescription Antibiotic and steroid ointments. It's clear the MRSA and regular staph are just byproducts of a system out of whack, an open door to infection.

I had a major flare up this last week after months also on a ultra-low-sugar gluten-free dairy-free diet, and the only factors I can consider are: heightened stress, starting to drink alcohol again, including beer, eating raw mustard greens, and eating at an Ethiopian restaurant buffet with a million spices. Still a fair amount to narrow down.

Obamacare won't buy me allergy testing. And allergy testing isn't very reliable anyway, considering its cost. I need to eliminate allergens, find a space and direction for my life in which I can properly heal and de-stress and focus on correcting myself internally now, that is the one outstanding experiment I have never truly seen through.
