Re: Pale yellow stool and liver flushing?

Your yellow stools are a sign that your food is passing through your intestines too quickly. The waste blood cells in the bile start of yellow and the action of the digestive system turns it brown. It is not a sign of poor liver function and doing a liver-flush with poor digestion isn't an answer.

There are other causes such a medication, food dyes and supplements that can colour stools yellow. However, a common cause is that you are eating something on a regular basis that irritates the intestines. The most likely culprits are wheat and dairy but it could be something else in your diet.
