Gold coin grass is not enough, you need the rest of the Liver Flush pack, especially
Coptis and Curcuma!

These are very powerful herbs and will help with bile flow, you could also try Chanca
Piedra which is also very powerful and helps with stagnation, be careful with these
herbs as they will really kick in detox mode like nothing else and you need to make
sure your bowels are not constipated otherwise you will end up feeling very sick.

You might also need taurine supplements and extra bile/digestive enzymes as the liver
won't make that much bile without taurine

Liver Flushing itself will work, but you need to handle it carefully, otherwise you WILL
feel worse esp since you already have low bile output.
