I to am having problems with keeping weight on with work and my metabolism i'm guessing beacause i eat alot of food. Good food that is like non-steriod meats,fruits, vegetables, LOTS of beans for protein,magnesium,copper, and been staying away from breads,sugar, cheese.I slowly reintroduce foods like potatoes for instance. But I was still feeling worse. I was taking a bunch of different pills and was getting nowhere. I cut back to 2-3 pills and just eat right everyday I feel better. I dont take any antifungals now i just take s boulardii as my main #1 pill and then i add on another supplement if i think it will help. If not then i stop taking it. Andrenal support pills seem to help me. Its something new that im taking.
