What bother me about this statement is that most people who use a zapper use copper electrodes and are exposed to copper more than others people of the population and this does not seem to get rid of parasitic worms.
Also what "iron poisoned" means exactly ? Iron is essential to the functioning of the human body and i suppose can be eliminated easily if in excess.
