Bladder infection or irritation?

Hello my name is Chris. For the last few months I have had some irritation from after urinating without discharge. I haven't been sexually active in over close to two years which I'm always protected for sex. I don't know if I'm dehydrated, getting another UTI or it's Prostatitis. Like I said I'm 30, 255lbs, 6'8, no diabetes because I have been checked but family does have it. I'm scared. Please get back to me ASAP! P.S. I hate using prescription drugs for issues. Tweet
